We highly advise you to indulge in your Sweet Swirl Cotton Candy as soon as it's delivered to fully savor its freshness. When stored appropriately in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our products can maintain their freshness for a few weeks. Unopened takeaways can stay fresh for up to 2 months, while tubs are best enjoyed within 2 weeks. Please be aware that frequent opening and closing of tubs will diminish their freshness and accelerate the hardening process.
Our products are made in a private home kitchen where we do have nuts, dairy, eggs and gluten in our kitchen. While some of our products do not contain these allergens, we cannot guarantee that they have not come into contact with them during the baking process. We recommend that customers with severe allergies exercise caution when consuming our products.
We strive to provide the best quality products and customer service possible. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery) of your concern. We require at least 80% of the product be returned, along with proof of purchase, in order to evaluate and address any issues. We do not offer refunds or returns for any other reasons.
